With 20+ years of experience in Product Management & Leadership, working amongst some of the brightest minds & leaders at organizations like VMware, IHG, Kessel Run, Kaiser Permanente and dozens more, we’ve validated an approach that’s proven to help ambitious people unstick & accelerate. This approach involves a blend of traditional coaching principles & practices and product mindset.
We specialize in helping people navigate change, which is a constant now more than ever.
We start with your goals. What is your target state: what are you aiming to accomplish or become? Then, we explore your current state: where you are, right now. We explore your values, purpose, and beliefs and more to enrich your perspective and context. Early in our work, we co-create a plan to get you to target state, fast, and we adapt it as we go.
At some point in our careers, we all find ourselves at a crossroads: there’s a default path, and perhaps some other path we feel unsure about, maybe a little scared, maybe a little excited. You want to choose the best path, but which is it? And where to begin?
